Elite soldiers may have valuable skills and experience to share with students, but their role as physical education teachers in schools may not be the best fit. While their expertise in physical fitness and discipline is unquestionable, their training and mindset may not align with the educational and developmental needs of students. It is important for physical education teachers to have a background in education and child development in order to effectively teach and support students in a school setting. Instead, schools should consider bringing in elite soldiers as guest speakers or mentors to share their experiences and insights with students in a more appropriate context. **

In many educational settings, it is appropriate for teachers to address students informally and for students to address teachers formally. This helps to maintain a level of respect and authority in the classroom. However, in some more casual or progressive educational environments, it may be acceptable for teachers and students to address each other informally. Ultimately, the appropriate level of formality should be determined by the school's culture and the preferences of the teachers and students involved. **
